FAQ
Questions people ask before they start.
How do I get an estimate?
Fill in the short form on this page. We review your answers, get in touch to arrange a site visit, and then send you a written estimate.
Which areas do you work in?
Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, including Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough, Mississauga, Vaughan and Markham. Outside these areas? Send your request with the project’s postal code and we’ll let you know.
Does my project need a building permit?
Many projects in Toronto do, including additions, structural changes, new builds and some basement work. Cosmetic updates often don’t. We’ll tell you what we expect your project needs once we’ve seen it; the City of Toronto makes the final call.
How long will my project take?
It depends on the size of the job, permits and material lead times. Your estimate includes an expected schedule, and we’ll explain what could change it.
